TheRole: Managed Services Analyst

The Impact
KY3P Managed Service group is seeking a qualified analyst for placement within a project team servicing Third Party Risk Management. Successful candidates will assume a role which involves project execution as it pertains to Third Party Risk Management for our clients in-scope vendor and sub-contractor population. Candidates with experience in understanding and applying Third Party Risk Management are of particular interest. Applicants with prior experience in complementary business operations roles or related regulatory operations are also welcome.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and conduct project specifics tasks in line with the Third-Party Risk Management processes.
- Possess an understanding of general financial regulations and the importance of maintaining compliance within these guidelines.
- Maintain exceptional attention to detail throughout all working responsibilities.
- Regularly engage in professional communications with both external and internal project stakeholders, whether written or verbal.
- Perform data analytics and reporting utilizing Microsoft Excel with a focus on large data sets.
- Participate in client status conferences to discuss validation progress and processing questions.
- Understand and exhibit a strong emphasis on the ability to work quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
- Must conform to all company policies, including data protection and confidentiality requirements.
- Successfully pass any required drug testing and background checks as required by company policy or client requirement.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Experience in customer service and financial data operations.
- Proven experience of 0-3 years
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Familiarity with Third Party Risk Management practices a plus.
- Have an excellent client service ethos and be able to communicate effectively with priority clients and sales prospects.
- Ability to multi-task & Proficiency in MS Suite (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with bank compliance and risk management a plus.
