Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate - Operations at Manor Rama Care Pvt. Ltd. in Andheri, Mumbai. The Associate will be responsible for daily operations management, project management, and ensuring sales targets are met. Strong analytical skills and effective communication are key aspects of this role.

Position Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Associate - Operations to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to ensuring that our operational processes are streamlined and efficient. You will play a key role in managing logistics, supporting day-to-day operations, and contributing to various projects that drive the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Process Improvement:
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Assist in implementing new procedures and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  1. Logistics and Supply Chain Management:
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage inventory levels, procurement, and timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor and track inventory to ensure adequate stock levels, minimize waste, and support accurate forecasting.
  • Oversee order fulfillment processes, ensuring orders are processed accurately and shipped on time.
  1. Data Management and Analysis:
  • Maintain accurate records of operational activities and performance metrics.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends, potential issues, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in forecasting and planning to meet operational demands and strategic objectives.
  1. Cross-Departmental Support:
  • Act as a liaison between various departments including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Provide support for interdepartmental projects, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
  1. Project Management:
  • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects aimed at improving operational processes and achieving company milestones.
  • Monitor project progress, track deliverables, and ensure timely completion.
  1. Customer Service and Quality Assurance:
  • Support the customer service team by addressing operational issues that impact customer satisfaction.
  • Help maintain high standards of quality and service across all operational activities.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a related role. Experience in the consumer goods or health and wellness industry is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis tools is advantageous.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Attributes: Proactive, organized, and adaptable. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
