We re seeking a future team member for the role of Associate, Operational Risk Management Representative I to join our Marketing team. This role is located in Pune, MH - HYBRID.
In this role, you ll make an impact in the following ways:
Reporting Position:
- Compile and Distribute monthly T&E reports (Budget versus actual by person / category)
- Distribute Email Notification regarding High Balance reports.
- Maintain and update Purchase Services Excel spreadsheet.
- Supplier Info
- Supplier contact
- Agreement terms regarding date of engagement and renewal
- Payments submitted by group
- Update information received by Finance
- Analyze and verify T&E/Events/and Purchase Service Budgets against records provided by Corp Finance
Third Party Governance
- Assist on all Third-Party Engagements as a Delegate on Archer (Currently approximately 50 Engagements)
- Help push timeline through various portals -Archer/Sirion/Ivalua/and Accounts payable
Create Efficiencies through other Reporting alternatives other than Excel spreadsheets
To be successful in this role, we re seeking the following:
- Hands-on experience in advance Excel
- Good written and oral English communication
- Should have vendor management and client reporting experience
