Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of HR processes and policies within the Renewable Energy division.
  • Support HR managers in recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Participate in employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless integration process.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR databases and employee records.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events, meetings, and training programs.
  • Participate in the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications and materials.
  • Engage in learning and development opportunities to enhance HR knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with team members to support various HR initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
