Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of HR processes and policies within the Renewable Energy division.
- Support HR managers in recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Participate in employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a seamless integration process.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR databases and employee records.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating HR-related events, meetings, and training programs.
- Participate in the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications and materials.
- Engage in learning and development opportunities to enhance HR knowledge and skills.
- Collaborate with team members to support various HR initiatives and projects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
