Responsibilities
Key Result Areas& Outcomes expected from the Role
- Toachieve the serviceability of vehicles &equipments up to 95% & above.
- Planning of maintenance of vehicles &Equipments - Preventive, Scheduled & Breakdown Maintenance.
- Optimum utilization of Spares required for vehicle maintenance without compromising the quality.
- Control on usage of spares to reduce the cost.
- ToLog in insurance claims & settlement of it.
- Togenerate requirements for AMC of Special Purpose Machines/Equipments.
- To carry out the calibration of all pressure gauges & Hydraulic tests of pressure vessels.
- Torecord Maintenance History data, SAP
- To generate the Maintenance Activity Reports (DAR) &provide it to Management. Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safetyprocedures and the maintenance of a clean work area.
- Record and report all serviceability, faults, deficiencies, and other unusual occurrences, as well as the time and materials
- Monitor and check the defects and complaints, to analyzeand carry out corrective action.
- Contribute ideas& suggestions to enhance operational & environment procedures in the organization.
- Assist Manager to set and achieve the organizational goaIs
Qualifications
Educational Qualification
Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering from an institute recognized by Board of Technical Education.
Experience
Essential: 2 to 5 years of experience in Engineering & Maintenance - Mechanical / Automobile - Industry
