Key Roles & Responsibilities

ؠProvide assistance to Chief Risk officer in overall supervision of Risk Management function of MUDRA.

ؠProvide assistance to Chief Risk Officer in overseeing the overall Risk management through various processes and methodologies to access Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Asset Liability Management, and Cyber & Information Security.

ؠAssist CRO in preparing reports and presentations to risk management committee & Board, ALCO, Sub-ALCO, ITSC, ISC and assistance in preparation of minutes of the meetings.

ؠAssist CRO in Framing and reviewing the Risk Management policies covering Credit Risk, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Fraud Risk, Asset Liability Management.

ؠActing as convenor of the Information Security Committee. Asset & Liability Management Committee (ALCO), Enterprise Risk Management, Committee (ERMC), BCP Committee etc.

ؠCo-ordinating with consultants, IT service providers and external rating agencies for project implementation.

ؠCo-ordinating the collection of risk information from various source, systems, department and reporting thereof.

ؠEnsure compliance with applicable regulatory and statutory guidelines.

Requisite Skills

Preferably good knowledge of financial sector, microfinance sector, industry, policy and legal/regulatory issues related to microfinances financing, bulk support to financial institutions and other related products.

Good knowledge of credit risk, liquidity risk, corporate governance, operational & technology risk.

Excellent analytical skills for making reports and research related to risk management.

Excellent knowledge of MS office, Excel, PowerPoint and Macros
