Associate - Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Email Marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions
  
• Execute SMS and WhatsApp Marketing strategies to reach our audience effectively
  
• Push Notification campaigns
  
• Experience in Multi-channel Automation workflows for personalized customer journeys
  
• Drip Campaigns to nurture leads
  
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations
  
• Segment the audience based on behavior, demographics, and other factors
  
• Have knowledge of CleverTap, MoEngage, Mailchimp

Skills Required:

• Excel for data analysis and reporting
  
• Familiarity with Analysis tools to derive actionable insights
  
• Should be Technically sound to understand the CRM implementation process.
  
• Knowledge of HTML & CSS
  
• Awareness of the latest trends and best practices in CRM Marketing
