Position Overview: We are seeking a creative and results-driven Associate Marketing Manager with expertise in email marketing and social media. This role is critical in driving our online presence, engaging our audience, and supporting lead generation and customer retention efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating compelling content. A deep understanding of HubSpot is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Email Marketing:
- Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions.
- Write compelling email copy and collaborate with designers to create visually appealing email templates.
- Manage and segment email lists to ensure targeted and personalized communication.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and send times.
- Monitor email campaign performance and analyze key metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates).
Social Media:
- Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with company goals.
- Plan and produce engaging social media content, including posts, videos, and graphics.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with the online community.
- Track social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth, reach) and provide regular reports.
General Responsibilities:
- Ensure all the marketing efforts are integrated and support each other to create a cohesive customer experience.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging tools in email and social media marketing.
- Collaborate with other marketing team members, sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support broader business objectives.
HubSpot Expertise:
- Utilize HubSpot for managing and automating marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage workflows, email templates, and landing pages within HubSpot.
- Analyze HubSpot data and reports to track campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure seamless integration of HubSpot with other marketing tools and CRM systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in email marketing and social media management, preferably in a SaaS or technology company.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful email and social media campaigns.
- In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with HubSpot.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
