What is this role about : You will be part of the Operations team at Fi and lead the Quality and Process Excellence charter across multiple areas including User risk, Wealth ops & Area operations.
Roles and responsibilities
Setup and monitor quality scorecards at individual and queue level and plan preventive and corrective measures to mitigate impact.
Setup robust processes to detect MOs through transaction patterns and other user risk signals to help with fraud detection and prevention.
Manage a team of quality analysts and monitor their overall throughput and other KPIs.
Prepare and publish periodic reports to keep the stakeholders updated on the state of quality metrics.
Be a Key stakeholder in Process design & improvement for Riskops using structured methodologies like Value Stream mapping, Kaizen and lean Six Sigma.
Stay updated on the latest technology, interpret AML & KYC Regulations & Industry benchmarks to establish internal goals & KRAs.
Question and investigate the reliability and integrity of data, the validity of conclusions and the appropriateness of assumptions made.
Assess process risks through methodologies like FMEA & implement statistical quality control to continuously improve audit processes, enhance standards and control defects.
Formulate and standardize SOPs & other process related documentation across queues while ensuring the highest standards for documentation.
Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for new employees, new processes and process changes across ops queues.
Collaborate and work closely with the user risk team and other relevant departments to ensure a holistic approach to process design and quality assurance.
Work closely with internal product team on product roadmap to automate manual processes and eliminate defects.
