Your Impact
We are seeking a Associate Manager, Media Analytics to join our rapidly growing Analytics team - people passionate about working with digital data and other key data sources to deliver analysis-ready data for internal and external data analytics teams. Successful candidates will work with clients, internal business and technical stakeholders to support the evolution of our data architecture and reporting. Attention to detail and high standard for data quality are necessary. You will have the opportunity to work with various clients across different sectors. What You'll Do
You will own the data from end-to-end, including data import/export (in partnership with the Data Engineering team), transformation, and visualization for your clientsYou'll work with the team on identifying data discrepancies, paying down tech debt, monitoring daily job execution, and diagnosing and fixing issues to ensure SLAs are met with internal partnersSupport the evolution of our data architecture and reporting across cross-functional teamsAlign with the Technical Quality Assurance (QA) team to make sure we have well-audited data in line with established best practicesSupport Senior Manager on strategic and technical process improvements and innovation roadmapUnderstand the business context and translate stakeholder needs into ETL/ELT and dashboard requirementsIngest, transform, model, and aggregate the data that empowers teams company-wide and our clients to make sense of and tell stories with their dataYou'll be working with data scientists, data analysts, and data engineers to provide clean, accurate, reliable analysis-ready dataProvide mentorship and guidance to more junior team members
Who You Are
7+ years of working experience in Digital marketing,business intelligence, Experience working directly with data feeds from platforms used by marketing teams like Google Marketing Platforms, Meta, Tiktok, and Trade Desk) and associated measurement trackingExperience in campaign execution in platforms such as CM360, DV360, The Trade DeskExperience with data ingestion tools (e.g., Funnel, Fivetran, Stitch)Excellent communication skills, especially when distilling technical or complex matters into clear and concise explanations for senior leaders and less technical partnersAbility to use tools, business intuition, and impeccable attention to detail for data validation and QAStrong communication skills in writing and conversation, including writing engineering training documentationProven technical leadership in project deliveryA high degree of motivation to be proactive and go above and beyond the task at hand
Nice to Have
BS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or a related technical fieldExperience in consulting and/or advertising industry is preferredFluent in Excel and G-sheetsKnowledge of at least one leading Web Analytics platform, preferably Adobe Analytics. Additional expertise in Google Analytics and other leading tools is preferredExperience with Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker for reporting and analysisExpertise in SQL and ETL optimization techniques, especially within cloud-based data warehouses like Redshift, Snowflake, and BigQuery
