Martech product and project management : Gather, effectively prioritize, and manage status of business requirements working with cross-functional stakeholders as well as Kenvue Technology and Data team to execute and validate.
Training & communications : Develop training content, develop and maintain distribution lists, Schedule, maintain, and draft all materials and follow-ups following strategic direction of MarTech manager.
2. Lead MarTech initiatives to maintain and scale existing capabilities, including:
Martech product management : Carry out tech integrations with Marketing Lens following strategic direction of Martech Manager/Sr. Manager. Collaborate with business stakeholders and Kenvue Technology and Data team to gather, prioritize, and validate requirements.
Training & communications :
Post-rollout: Maintain/update training and comms related to scaling, making revisions to initial rollout training to accommodate customized needs.
Enhancements and integrations: Develop and execute advanced feature training and comms
Scaling: Rollout full technology and training and comms to non-priority markets, adapting initial rollout materials.

Bachelors degree
High level of professionalism and integrity, valuing servant leadership and collaboration
Minimum of 5 years of digital marketing experience, with a strong track record of business results and organizational leadership.
Minimum of 2 years of marketing technology experience with a track record of success, identifying and implementing new technologies, measuring and delivering change management and in-market adoption, effective collaboration with technology partners.
Key skill sets:
Relentlessly proactive, responsive, action-oriented, solution-driven, adept at time management and prioritizing concurrent workstreams
Exceptional written and verbal business communication skills (complex messages to diverse audiences)
High aptitude for understanding diverse needs and expectations of cross-functional groups including marketers, designers, compliance professionals, and technology developers.
