Job Summary:

i) Must have at least 12-14 years of relevant industry experience.

ii) Must have worked at a managerial level handling a team of at least 2-3 employees.

iii) Fluent in spoken and written communication with good drafting, review and negotiation skills.

iv) Have predominantly worked in the IT/SaaS/Software Products industry with expertise on dealing with commercial contracts with risk mitigation.

v) Must have good understanding and work experience of handing IP, licensing, partnership agreements in various geographies.

vi) Apart from working on India contracts, good exposure the global compliance requirements especially in Europe and US with knowledge of relevant laws as well.

vii) Sound knowledge of data protection and privacy issues and relevant legislations and compliance issues.

viii) Added advantage of having worked on employment matters, litigation or advisory matter along with good research skills.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in law
• 10+ years of experience in contract management or other relevant experience with a law firm or corporate legal department
