- Develop and implement innovative strategies to enhance biogas production efficiency and quality
- Conduct thorough analysis and evaluation of biogas processes to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and achieve sustainable energy production goals
- Provide technical expertise in process design, equipment selection, and operational troubleshooting
- Oversee the planning and execution of process engineering projects, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental standards
- Supervise and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and professional development
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to biogas production
- Contribute to the development of sustainable and eco-friendly energy solutions aligned with Adani's values and goals
Experience
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10-15 years of experience in process engineering within the biogas industry
- Demonstrated track record of leading process improvement projects and optimizing biogas production
- Proven experience in team leadership and project management
Education Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, or related field
- Master's degree in Process Engineering or Sustainable Energy (preferred)
