Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall land acquisition for private land in the designated area.
- Arranging the revenue documents from the revenue department as per project requirements.
- Coordinating with the WRA (Wind Resource Assessment) team for wind location approval.
- Raising fund requests based on lease deed execution projections.
- Coordinating with LF (Legal and Finance) for lease/sale deed and right-of-way (ROW) execution.
- Coordinating with patwari & LF for the physical demarcation of lease/sale land.
- Coordinating with LF/landowners for the execution of lease/sale deed.
- Arranging to update the mutation of government/private land in favor of the company name in revenue records.
- Liaising with all stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Resolving local right-of-way (ROW) issues in a timely manner to achieve project milestones.
Qualifications
5 to 7 years of experience in the Renewable Energy industry, specifically in land acquisition and project execution.
Any Bachelors degree
