Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Manager at iVerify Research Services located in Gurugram. The Associate Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and maintaining quality standards. They will also be responsible for monitoring and analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize operations.

• Good understanding of employee background verification processes
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• Experience in the screening or verification industry is a plus
