About The Position
The Associate Manager Impact Communications will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the organization's communication strategies. This individual will be responsible for ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across internal and external channels. The role requires a dynamic communicator who can effectively manage media relations, develop content, and execute campaigns that enhance the company's reputation and visibility.
Responsibilities
Strategic Communication Planning:
Develop and execute communication strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Content Development
Create and manage impactful content across various platforms, including press releases, newsletters, social media, and internal communication.
Media Relations
Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and journalists to ensure effective media coverage.
Campaign Management
Plan and execute communication campaigns to promote initiatives, events, or key messages.
Internal Communications
Support internal teams by delivering clear and effective messaging to employees and stakeholders.
Monitoring & Reporting
Track and analyze the performance of communication strategies and provide regular reports on their effectiveness.
Mandatory Qualification And Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of media monitoring tools and data analytics is a plus.
