Identification of corporates with MICE requirements and generating leads and enquires.
Preparation of Destination proposals with direct negotiation with suppliers & various partners for competitive pricing.
Handling & supervising key operations of the file with constant liaising with corporate, supplier and the internal team for a smooth process flow.
On tour assistance during international tours with special focus on events and conferences. Catering to the clients requirements during advance travel and on ground management of the groups.
Hands on experience in event management, which involves identifying the target audience, devising the event concept, planning the logistics and coordinating the technical aspects before launching of an event.
On ground assistance with event deliverance and event flow coordination.
Adherence to company account system, payment follow-ups and timely file closures. Maintain credit policies in favor of the business and push increased cash flow through timely collection of dues from customers.
Ensuring customer satisfaction with constant interactions and feedback session with client and associated partners.
Generating revenue for unit with profitable file closures, upselling on files & timely payment collections.
Maintain liaison with airline/ consultants/ tourism bodies. Attend workshop & seminars on product development, destination management, and process orientation programs.
Monitor competitor s activities and engagements.
Ensuring achievement of yearly business targets. Preplanning of the sales pipeline and achieve sales target and GOP.
Requirements:
Any Graduate / Post Graduate
4 + years of relevant experience in Corporate Sales, Hotel Sales or MICE
