In this role, you will
Commercial
- Planning and executing Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Clinical & CCA Plans in alignment with overall India/ market strategy for the region.
- Planning & executing programs to increase productivity of team in alignment with India/ region goals.
- Managing a Team and ensuring performance of the team at a regional level
Customer
- Responsible for developing customer capability in successfully planning for the treatment for various types of dental malocclusions. Also ensuring capability development in leveraging the various tools available in the system for the same.
- Responsible for executing customized programs for various customer segments to increase customer capability.
- Effectively driving team to ensure high customer satisfaction as measured through NPS scores
Process
- Responsible for process adherence of the team while executing various programs like Global Growth Programs. Implementing change management amongst team and customers to implement processes
- Understanding, evaluating and bringing forward suggestions that help streamline processes and make it more efficient.
- Team: Building team capability through coaching, mentoring and assigning training programs that develop the team.
- Working closely with different stakeholders to effectively execute on plans. Representing the field clinical team during meetings/ discussions and vice versa on the field
- Provide all appropriate reporting to the Manager Clinical Support India including feedback from customers on a weekly and monthly report
Drive the Best Outcomes
- Provide Product and Clinical Training and knowledge to assigned accounts.
- Provide appropriate training and field coaching as required to all India Team members, distributors and all external customers.
- Build strong ethical business relationships with customers to ensure usage of our products and gain greater market share by focusing high value activity and selling
- Ensure professional dress code and attitude is always maintained
- Keep abreast of what competitors, and update India Marketing Manager of market intelligence and pulses in the market
- Providing continuous education to staff especially sales and marketing team and training when there is new product launch
- Coordinating clinical related sales/marketing programs like mentorship program, smile program, etc.
- Be responsible for all quality updates records and customer product feedback for India market.
Lock in Key Relationships
- Engage certified doctors and develop potential for new cases; engage non-certified doctors and establish their potential as an Invisalign provider and current submitters to develop Invisalign business
- Clinical event and speaker management
- Plan and arrange the clinical events that suitable for the market and coordinate with the India plan an educational pathway
- Manage to engage speakers to clinical events with pre-event preparation and post-event follow up and report the feedback to India team
In this role, youll need
- Graduate of Doctor of Dental Surgery, Bachelor Dental Surgery.
- With 5-7 years of working experience and preferably 2-3 years in a corporate environment
- Experience in training dentists/orthodontists.
- Proficient in English and MS office.
- Effective communication and presentation skill to conduct various study groups.
- Provide support to audit processes and quality management system as required.
- Travel 75% within region and outstation
