ASSOCIATE MANAGER - PROGRAM MANAGEMENT (B2B)
As a Associate Manager B2B, you will play a pivotal role in driving our lead-generation initiatives, nurturing prospects, managing partnerships, and representing Smytten Pulse at various events and roadshows. This external-facing role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively and Implement personalized communication strategies to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.

Roles And Responsibilities
- Owning The Lead Generation Program: Coordinating with the Media Solutions team and managing monthly budgets to ensure valid and qualified leads
- Lead Nurturing: Managing the CRM to ensure daily/weekly interactions with leads in the system
- Partners Program: Interacting with agencies, freelancers, and independent marketers/researchers to pitch and onboard them for the Pulse Partners Program
- Training Program: Plan and execute training programs for the Smytten Pulse core & peripheral customers
- Events & Roadshows: Organize and participate in on-ground events and conferences to network and pitch Smytten Pulse to relevant partners
Required Skills
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience in a SaaS/B2B organization.
- Graduate/Masters degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record in lead generation, CRM management, and partnership development.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Extroverted personality with a passion for networking and building relationships.
