Responsibilities
- Market Analysis for Procurement of Services & Goods
- Interaction with Engineering, Production and other departments.
- Preparation of internal documents for approval.
- Approval of billing break-up.
- Knowledge of Conditions of Contract.
- Manage the procurement activities for large size capex for different project
- Dealing with bank guarantees and advance payments.
- Database of Vendors for all types of Raw material, Spares, Consumables, Capital Goods & Services.
- Preparation of Departmental MIS.
- Post Award Activities Preparation of Change Order Proposal including Qty./ Rate variation, Extra items, Time Extensions, Expediting for timely completion of deliverables etc.
Qualifications
Educational Qualification: B.E / B. Tech - Electrical
Experience - 5-10 Years
