Responsibilities
- Lead the control and instrumentation team to ensure efficient and reliable operation of the plant.
- Develop and implement strategies for the optimization of control and instrumentation systems to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of control and instrumentation equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards in all control and instrumentation activities.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team on control and instrumentation systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage and execute projects related to control and instrumentation systems within defined timelines and budgets.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and drive corrective actions.
- Stay updated with industry developments and technological advancements to drive innovation in control and instrumentation systems.
- Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations related to control and instrumentation activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field
- 15-20 years of experience in the Copper industry
