A leader in the convenience store and fuel space, ACT's retail network includes 14,000 convenience stores, and has footprint across 24 countries and territories primarily under the Circle K brand. The India Fuels & Logistics Global Capability Centre (F&L GCC) is an integral part of ACT's Global Fuels & Logistics Team, and the Logistics Billing Specialist will be a key player on this team that will help support with billing tasks for internal fleet's fuel deliveries and grow F&L globally at ACT.
The hired candidate will partner with multiple departments, including Global Technology, Business Units and Support functions.
About the role
The incumbent will be responsible for performing billing tasks for internal fleet's fuel deliveries, ensuring all fuel deliveries are reconciled within standards set by compliance team, and for completing operational inquiries by developing thoughtful, and thorough practical analysis and reports to inform decisions and support business needs.
Roles & Responsibilities
Billing
Perform billing tasks using internal systems and ensure fuel deliveries are reconciled as per the compliance standards and based off completed activities
Work towards reducing incoming volume of orders
Ability to read paperwork from terminals to update orders/systems accordingly
Effective email writing and verbal communication skills

Stakeholder Management
Partner with stakeholders across Global Technology, and Business Units Leadership to build and continually improve/ optimize metrics
Serve as first point of contact for the Business stakeholders for any technical/non-technical issues within the project and communicate the same to higher-ups within the stipulated timelines to avoid any process delays
Qualifications And Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Accounting or Business Administration
0-1 years in a logistics/accounting role
Fluency in English - verbal and written communication
Understanding of Billing Process
Proficient with MS excel/MS Office Suite
