Responsibilities
Duties
- Employee will utilize tools provided to manage and monitor customer, vendor, and security tickets
- Process outbound and inbound calls while handling all calls, adhering to all policy and standards
- Ability to work with and manage internal and external clients
- Create and provide documentation as needed by Management
- Provide support in relation to security, data center infrastructure, and NOC operations
- 24/7 shift operations
- Availability to work additional hours as needed
- Create reports and other documentation per process and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Working conforms the as pe PAN India NOC playbook.
- Working conforms remote monitoring of multi-location PAN India data center
- Support and maintain daily and weekly performance dashboards according to requirements local Site-Engineers
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Willingness to communicate and work in a team environment while maintaining the ability to be self-driven
- Able to manage critical events while having the ability to multi-task
- Knowledge and understanding of critical environments within the Data Center a plus
- Monitors and responds to abnormal conditions with facilities systems. Areas include Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Safety, and Building Monitoring and Control
- Basic understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook
- Strong written and oral communication
- Able to lift to 23kg and or work in elevated locations
- Prior DCIM monitoring in data center experience a plus
- Ability to work in an environment that operates 24/7 with an ability to participate in on-call rotation and provide after-hours support as needed
- Ability to learn quickly and address issues as they arise on all shifts
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor Engineering degree
- Basic data center course CDCP is a plus
- Certification, training or work experience in the IT or Data Centers fields is a plus
