- Managing the user identities and access policies in Azure Active Directory.
- Configuring and maintaining the email and collaboration services in Exchange and SharePoint.
- Enabling and supporting the communication and teamwork features in MS Teams and OneDrive.
- Ensuring the security and compliance of the O365 environment using Microsoft Defender/Security and Microsoft Purview tools.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting the performance and availability of the O365 services.
- Providing technical support and guidance to the end users and other IT staff.
