1. Identify and approach potential customers through field-based and other suitable channels.
2. Present and promote offline, hybrid, and online academic programs to prospective customers.
3. Close sales and achieve monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
5. Proactively contribute creative ideas, concepts, or suggestions to provide added value to assigned activities.
6. Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs.
7. Provide feedback and insights to the sales team and management.
8. Complete and document mandatory training for this role within specified timelines.
9. Assist in customer inquiries, issues, resolution, and concerns.
10. Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly sales reports and forecasts.
11. Coordinate logistics for guest speakers and other events.
12. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and prerequisites:
1. A Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or any other discipline is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
2. Willing to commit to a work schedule that includes Monday through Saturday.
3. Results-driven with a focus on achieving goals, and KPIs.
4. Open to increase earnings through an add-on performance-based bonus program.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
6. A strong desire to be part of a collaborative and learning team.
7. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
