Job Description

Responsibilities

Minimum 4 yrs exp( Maximum exp. must be in BPHR role )
MBA Preferred.
Open to rotational/ night shift .
Roles & Responsibilities :
. Knowledge: Knowledge of Behavioral Science tools, Knowledge of Unit processes, Policies , Laws, Understanding of the service offerings of different Business Units, understanding of skills and competencies required by employees in the business, clients that are serviced, market realities of manpower and competition from an employees perspective, latest trends in HR, knowledge of MS office applications, basic knowledge of SAP
. Skills: Counseling skills, grievance handling skills, leadership skills, HR Functional skills, communication skills, negotiating skills, conflict management, prioritizing skills, interpersonal skills, assertiveness, detail orientation, networking skills and influencing skills
. Roll out initiatives and training programs independently
. Drive cross -functional teams independently for process/system improvement initiatives
. Handle end-to-end benchmarking/ research projects
. Manage vendor interactions and transactions as required support senior team members in vendor management processes (contracts, payments, expenses, etc.) as required
. Track customer expectations for the relevant processes/activities, flag off to seniors if there is a potential risk and ensure logical closure to all open items
