Job Description

Responsibilities -

  • Initial Level issue debugging.
  • Provide immediate Data fix for the issue at the database level.
  • Publishing MIS for weekly adoption/usage reports.
  • Publishing weekly Support MIS.
  • Weekly Trend analysis of Prod Support Issues along with Category.
  • Troubleshooting assistance for L1.
  • Triage Skills.
  • Logs Analysis & Troubleshooting skills.
  • API request & response understanding.
  • Testing & validation of production issues.
  • DB/Java intermediate debugging level
  • Can make the code changes if needed and provide data fixes.
