Associate Investments:
The Associate will work closely with senior team members, contributing to various aspects of the investment
lifecycle while developing their skills and knowledge in the field. This role is foundational within the investment
team, providing crucial support in financial modeling, investment evaluation, and due diligence processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed financial models with cash flow projections and IRR calculations.
Review and interpret financial statements and business models to determine valuations.
Assess investment opportunities and prepare documents like Investment Memos, Term Sheets,
and Pitchbooks.
Help with fundraising activities.
Understand and manage tax, finance, and operational issues.
Conduct due diligence, negotiate with vendors, and manage information transfer.
Assist in structuring and closing deals.
Work with auditors to finalize accounts.
Obtain credit ratings for portfolio assets.
Prepare monthly reports for all assets.
Communicate with banks, consultants, and rating agencies.
Qualifications:
Chartered Accountant qualification with a minimum of 2-5 years in the relevant field.
Key Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of financial statements, capital structures, and ratio analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
