About the department
You will be joining the Global Finance GBS Bangalore team, which was established in 2007. Our department supports Accounting, Finance & Procurement, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) for Headquarters, Europe, North America, International Operations (IO), and GBS Bangalore. We strive to provide superior service to our stakeholders consistently and add value to processes through standardization and efficiency.

The position
As an Associate I at Novo Nordisk, you will:
  • Handle travel and expense auditing and related reporting. Support front office in assigned affiliates.
  • Fulfil targets set by the Team Leader and Finance GBS Management. Audit travel and expense reports in the Concur system for assigned affiliates.
  • Initiate and follow up with employees on any travel and expense policy infractions.
  • Maintain 100% quality in all activities.
  • Send monthly infraction reports on time with 100% quality and key actionable items. Perform as a backup when a team member is absent.
  • Build good working relationships with stakeholders. Update and follow up on issue lists.


Qualifications
  • We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
  • Bachelor of Commerce (or equivalent).
  • 1-2 years of experience in T&E audit.
  • Experience working with Travel and Expense systems preferably Concur Expense.
  • Experience working with ERP systems preferably SAP.
  • Experience working within the Travel and Expense function in a global company.
