Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Human Resources at Vedsphere in Jaipur. The Associate Human Resources will be responsible for HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
- Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
- Experience in implementing HR policies and managing employee benefits
- Personnel Management expertise
- Strong understanding of HR practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
1+ Experience is required and having Salesforce Background is plus.
