- Recruitment & Hiring Process
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding new hires.
- Collaborate with department heads to define job roles and create compelling job descriptions.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and manage the selection process.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
2. Onboarding of New Employees- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new employees are welcomed and integrated smoothly.
- Prepare and present orientation programs, introducing company policies, culture, and expectations.
- Facilitate training sessions to equip new hires with the necessary tools and knowledge for their roles.
- 3. Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
- Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding company policies and procedures.
- 4. Record Keeping & Documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal records, including employee files and company documentation.
- Prepare, issue, and file essential documents such as sick leave requests, maternity leave, and other HR-related paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards in all documentation processes.
- Develop and implement initiatives to boost employee engagement and morale.
- Organize team-building activities, workshops, and events to foster a cohesive and motivated workforce.
- Regularly gather employee feedback and work on enhancing the overall employee experience.
- 6. Performance Management & Appraisal
- Manage the performance appraisal process, setting clear objectives and providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with managers to identify employee development needs and create personalized growth plans.
- Monitor employee performance and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- 7. Attendance & Payroll Management
- Oversee attendance tracking and ensure accurate timekeeping for all employees.
- Manage basic payroll functions, including salary calculations, deductions, and disbursement.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Manage the exit process for departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and provide insights for organizational improvement.
- Handle final settlements, retrieval of company property, and completion of necessary documentation.
- We are looking for someone who can work closely with the operations team and manage all HR functions independently.
