Job Summary:The Associate HR Executive is responsible for supporting the Human Resources department in various tasks and activities related to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment and Onboarding:- Assist in posting job openings on various job boards and company websites.
- Screen resumes and coordinate with candidates for interviews.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare and send offer letters and employment contracts.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation sessions and documentation.
Employee Relations:- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
- Organize and participate in employee engagement activities and events.
HR Administration:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
- Prepare and process HR-related documents, including employment verifications and change of status forms.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics.
Training and Development:- Coordinate training sessions and development programs for employees.
- Track training attendance and maintain training records.
- Assist in the development and implementation of training materials.
Compensation and Benefits:- Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance .
- Handle employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in an HR role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
