You will be involved into onboarding new hires which includes their Contract preparation and Hiring the candidate in the P&O system
You will manage offboarding existing employees that include preparation of the various letter types, updating details in the P&O system and assisting on End of employee Service Benefits
You will own contractual changes such as Transfer/Promotion/Demotion and organizational Change that includes - Cost Centre Change, Manager Change, Org. Code change, Job Title/Designation Change, Location Change as per the employee life cycle
You will do data maintenance on Bank Accounts, Employee/family data and Archiving the documents as per the country regulations
You will be issuing Letters and Employment Certificates such as Salary Transfer letter, Salary Certificate etc.
Maintainefficient service delivery by ensuring transactional requests and assignedinquiries are completed within SLA depending on priority & complexity
Respond& resolve queries in a timely & accurate manner with employeeexperience at the core.
Takecomplete ownership to close the data administration requests, includingfollow-up with the requestor to collect missing information and / or informingapproval requirements.
Working ina highly data sensitive environment, responsible for always protecting DataPrivacy and adhering to confidentiality requirements to promote zero breach ofcompliance policies.
Conductingpolicy refresher session along with P&O Business Partner with the regionalemployees
Handlingthe employee grievance and closing it in timely accurate manner
Maintainingthe data as defined in the SOPs
Supportingin sharing the P&O Audit related requirements
SupportingFinance team by providing required data
Supportingin preparing and sharing the details / contract for external service providers( Benefits / Manpower Agencies and etc..
Supporting& maintaining the Employee health insurance data and document. Also supportin aligning with the agencies to escalate and to adhere the contract by givingadequate service to our employee and their dependent
Preparingmonthly / quarterly people dashboard, other adhoc reports
Your profile.
You are agraduate/MBA in HR with minimum 3 years experience relevant HR role
Should beable to multi-task, managing operations activities in agile manner
Stronganalytical and learning attitude
ExcellentEnglish language skill -Spoken & Written
Proficiencyin MS Office Applications like Word, Excel and power point
Ability tocoordinate and complete tasks as per schedule
Actproactively take care of the responsibilities by addressing the assigned tasks
Demonstratedeffectiveness in working with internal and external stake holders
