Has proven full time working experience of 1-2 years in graphic design.
- Proficient with design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, Coral draw etc
Has a data-driven mindset and a creative heart- Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
You are a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills
- You are opinionated, curious, and a strong problem solver
Strong team management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Work with your fellow designers and assigned copywriters to create new and refreshing designs and creatives on assigned brands- Create functional design solutions that cut across platforms (Social Media, Website, E-mailers, Offline Collaterals, etc)
Brainstorm and ideate design creatives with your brand teams
- Ensure smooth functioning of design operations on your assigned brands
