Job Description

Job Title: Associate (International Voice Process)
  • Location : Bangalore (Varthur Region) | Pune (Kharadi)
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, billing, and technical support.

  • Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and gather feedback.

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Graduation is mandatory
  • min 6 months - max 1.6 years Bpo experience in international customer support
  • CTC - decent hike on previous package (upto 5.3 LPA)
  • US Rotational shift and 2 days rotational off
  • 2 way cab is provides under hiring zone
