Job Description:

We are looking for an accomplished Associate General Manager to join our team in at Envision Next. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and leading the internal teams to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and optimize the sales funnel for each sales manager, guiding the closure of projects.

Demonstrate expertise and provide training to team members on sales pitch, negotiation, and closing techniques.

Break down the targets to individual sales managers and facilitate target achievement.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact.

Gather and analyse competitive intelligence, including service offerings and market trends.

Oversee the overall client experience, ensuring it meets company standards.

Analyse sales data, generate reports and share insights with management.

Provide feedback to the marketing team on creatives and communication channels.

Desired Work Experience: 4+ years

Qualifications:

Education: MBA or equivalent degree.

Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and a solid background in sales, marketing and management.
