Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Balance of Plant (BOP) department, ensuring seamless integration and coordination with the overall project team
- Provide strategic direction and guidance for the planning, execution, and commissioning of BOP systems in thermal projects
- Oversee the procurement, installation, and maintenance of BOP equipment and systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize BOP performance, enhance operational efficiency, and minimize downtime
- Implement best practices for BOP operations, maintenance, and safety protocols, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Develop and manage budgets, resource allocation, and cost control measures for BOP activities
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and contractual requirements related to BOP deliverables
- Provide leadership in identifying and implementing innovative technologies to enhance BOP performance and sustainability
- Drive initiatives for talent development, succession planning, and knowledge transfer within the BOP department
- Communicate regularly with senior management, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities on BOP-related matters
