Designation - Associate - Front Office
About the Role
As a receptionist you will be in charge of greeting and welcoming guests as soon as they arrive at the office, giving
clients directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and
taking messages, and sorting and distributing mail.
Role & Responsibilities:-
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Manage the housekeeping and cleaning staff
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and
brochures)
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor
logbook, issue visitor badges)
Coordinate with the central administration team to allocate the assets to new joiners
Required Skills:-
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Experience in front desk - receptionist is a plus
