Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide a positive first impression of the organization.
- Handle incoming calls, route them to the appropriate personnel, or take messages.
- Provide information about the organization and its services.
- Register and log in visitors.
- Notify employees of visitor arrivals.
- Ensure visitors follow security procedures, such as signing in and wearing identification badges.
Must Have:
- 2+ Years of experience in a front desk, reception, or customer service role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using office software and equipment.
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
- Positive and friendly demeaner, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining a neat and organized front desk area.
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma.
