About the Role:

Are you the mastermind behind the scenes The glue that holds chaos together We're on the lookout for a spirited individual to join our dynamic startup as an Associate in the Founder's Office! Responsibilities:

• Project Dynamo: Manage cross-functional projects with the finesse of a circus juggler. Whether it's coordinating team efforts or orchestrating brainstorm sessions, you'll be the wizard making magic happen.
• Admin Aficionado: From coordinating meetings to ensuring the coffee machine never runs dry, you'll tackle admin tasks with the precision of a ninja. No task too small, no challenge too big!
• Go-To Person: Be the confidante and go-to person for the visionary minds steering the ship. Anticipate needs, streamline processes, and keep the sails full in the sea of startup excitement.

Qualifications:

• Enthusiastic pre-MBA candidates preferred. We believe in learning on the fly, and we're looking for someone ready to spread their wings.
• 2-5 years experience in Founder's Office, Strategy or Operations.
• If you have a Bachelor's degree in Maths, Economics or Commerce from a Renowned University, feel free to apply.
• A knack for turning chaos into order.

• Should be an Excel Wizard.
• Should know how to research and create investor decks and reports.
