Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate, External Member, and Trainer on POSH at Equilibrio Advisory LLP in Chennai. The role involves providing training and awareness sessions at all levels for handling, preventing, prohibiting, and redressing issues related to abuse and discrimination. The position allows for flexibility with remote work.

Qualifications

• Legal expertise or psychological counseling experience, and social work skills
• Knowledge of laws and processes related to prevention and redressal of abuse
• Experience in conducting training sessions on POSH abd diversity, equity, and inclusion will be a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Understanding of various industries and organizational dynamics
• Certification in POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) training is a plus
