Wall Street English is looking for an Associate Engineer to join at our Chennai office.
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop, test, and maintain software applications.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and team members to design and implement software solutions.
- Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Your Profile
Technical Skills and Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- Knowledge and project development experience on any of the programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Python, Java).
- Strong understanding of Software programming, debugging and testing skills.
- Excellent at Object-Oriented Programming and functional programming.
- Expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms skills.
- Strong on RDBMS, NoSQL and SQL.
- Basics on computer communication networks, network programming, Operating Systems and multithread programming.
- Exposure to software development tools, platforms and engines.
- Awareness on the application architecture, security and performance.
- Knowledge on how Internet web applications works, ways of how internet server communicates, basics of application programming interfaces (API).
- Understands OWASP vulnerabilities and common security attacks.
Nice-to-Have:
- Knowledge on the cloud computing, AR/VR, Business Intelligence and Analytics.
- Basics of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence concepts, tools and platforms.
- Has experience in contributing to Open-source Projects.
- Contributor on the communities (Stackoverflow, etcâ¦)
- Understanding and aware of the different Software Development Life Cycle like waterfall, Scrum, Kanban.
Experience & Background
- An enthusiastic and energetic fresher with highly motivated and having computer science education background from any of the disciplines - BE, MCA, M.Sc.
- Has participated in any kind of extra-curricular activity.
