Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for entire production activities in perticular shift.
  • Manpower Planning & Management
  • Resource management to all workforce and vendor development
  • Control on WIP inventory
  • QMS activities
  • Establishing good flow to reduce shell LT and loss action management
  • Active participation in 5S and Autonomous maintenance
  • Maintaining DL cost as per budget
  • Leave and absenteeism Control for technicians & Shift Engineers.
  • Establishing safety culture among all teams
  • Ontime delivery of rotors as per Shift & day /weekly plan

Qualifications

5 to 10 Years

Qualification-BE/ B.TEch
