BPharma (Pharmaceutics) or equivalent degree required

Smart and knowledgeable in cosmeceutical manufacturing

Knack for formulations especially in personal care, skin care and hair care

Knows all about Technology transfer + R&D

Can rapidly build and scale a scientific team

Role Specific Requirements Degree in Cosmetics (desired)

Good at Excel, Market research and documentation.

Ability to collaborate and work with the team members from various other backgrounds.

- Research and documentation of ingredients and raw materials available

-Your main objective will be finding, categorizing, and documenting sources for several data points sourced from various primary and secondary sources

-Test raw ingredients and finished products to ensure it meets the defined chemical characteristics

-Assist in defining the manufacturing process norms for compliance with government and industry standards

-Recommends product modifications and process improvements Supports other R&D functions,

-Regulatory Implements, develops and/or improves test methodologies and/or processes Identifies and/or evaluates materials or technologies to assess technical performance

-Proactively scans and researches new concepts, materials, technical opportunities

-Creates and develops new and improved products, innovative ideas, processes, protocols, techniques.

Educational Qualifications:

Bpharma/ Diploma (Pharmaceutics) or equivalent degree required

Good to have expertise:

Experience in conducting research and performing keyword research

Knowledge of web analytics and patent search databases

Attention to detail and ability to organize and prioritize tasks

Ability to work independently
