Responsibilities
- Bachelor's or master's degree in law.
- Proficient in analysing and evaluating diverse documents, such as contractual agreements (for summarization and redlining), communications (for relevancy and privilege), compliance-related files, and confidential personal information.
- Up to three (3) years of relevant work experience.
- Working knowledge of industry-leading Legal Technology platforms used for eDiscovery, Contract Lifecycle Management, Compliance, Legal Research or Cyber Incident Reviews.
Desirable
- Candidates with additional certifications may have an edge- - E.g. Certification for any recognized Legal Technology, Certification in Basics of Six Sigma, Certification for business use of MS World Applications (Excel/PPT/Word)
- Experience of creating Boolean searches, Keyword Searches, QC workflows etc.
- Sound understanding of eDiscovery process--
- Basic contract redlining skills.
- Experience of working on contractual clauses paraphrasing / summarization / abstraction.
- Sound understanding of due diligence, legal research, compliance requirements.
- Expertise in identifying and handling Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI), along with a comprehensive grasp of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), ensuring adherence to privacy laws and regulations.
