Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Director Valuation. The Associate Director Valuation will be responsible for conducting valuations, risk assessments, and feasibility studies. They will also contribute to future forecasting, price behavior analysis, and best use studies. The role requires strong quantitative and analytical skills, as well as the ability to provide strategic insights and guidance.
