5 - 9 years of experience in Talent Management and Learning, preferably in fast paced

organizations

Role Details:

Will play a critical role in implementing talent management strategies that align with the

organization's goals and objectives; Attracting, developing and retaining the top talent and

creating a positive work culture.

Your Role

Build a high performance organization and implement a comprehensive performance

management strategy, including process flows, developing the right capabilities and

integrating systems and tools across the process.

Design and execute seamless onboarding and assimilation of talent

Implementing Talent reviews, succession planning, competency mapping, critical role

mapping, hi po identification programs and track learning journeys basis the outcomes

for Talent reviews

Integration of Zepto behaviors across the various people process and how people

operate on a day to day basis.

Design and implement Managerial capability building journeys

Build and implement R&R framework for the organization Skills

Data orientation and analytical skills

Excellent project management skills

Execution focus and detail orientation

Ability to adapt to a fast paced and changing environment

Collaboration with business & HR teams
