Associate Director - Product Management

Role requirement -

• Gather and prioritize external and internal customer business and feature requirements through customer/employee dialogs and request reviews.
• Understand the competitive landscape, regulatory environment, and clinical research industry trends to identify product offerings and feature enhancements that differentiate the product solutions.
• Develop and communicate product roadmaps to internal and external senior management teams and other stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional and cross-product efforts across product development, operations, sales, marketing, and support teams to deliver on release commitments and ensure corporate readiness for each release.
• Deliver High-Level Requirements and User Stories with prioritized features and use cases for each release.

Requirements Essential

5+ years in a software product planning role including both technical and market aspects of the process.

Working knowledge of software development processes.

Demonstrated ability to distil product requirements from multiple sources.

Project management skills and attention to detail.

Team leadership skills across functional areas.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Desired but not mandatory:

Working knowledge of the clinical research process with emphasis on data collection and preparation for submission.

Education Qualification

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Math, or any other numerical discipline with an MS degree being a plus.
