We need a strong individual into the process transition or continuous improvement processes for the business process at a global presence.
The Head of Transitions or Continuous Improvement is a strategic and leadership role responsible for owning, managing and improving the transition methodology for the firm. This role will be responsible for driving the organization's strategy towards work transitions and enabling the wider organization to deliver the resulting change effectively.
- Support and develop transition strategy agenda . Develop, mature and execute the process transition methodologies, frameworks, practices within for broader businesses and enterprise.
- Enable organization by developing self-serving toolkits and playbooks, such that they can deliver change on their own.
- Communicate and interact with all departments and operating groups to understand business needs and to refine transition methodology, as necessary. Ability to perform quality checks to ensure use of the methodology is aligned and to identify areas of improvement.
- Needs to have advanced hands-on experience as a transition leader and as a subject matter expert with knowledge of associated methodologies and techniques to address both business operations as well as agile IT work intake. Understands external trends, industry standards and adopts practices to help to enable the Enterprise realize the full potential of work transitions.
- Identify areas of improvement within Process Excellence team and wider Transformation to enhance the value proposition.
