Associate Director - Process Efficiencies (Grade F)
What Can You Expect
As the Associate Director - Process Efficiencies, you will be responsible for leading and executing Kaizen events to improve processes, increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance client satisfaction. You will apply process improvement methodologies to identify, analyze, and enhance existing business processes. We are seeking a candidate with expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies to drive continuous improvement within our organization.

We Will Count On You To
- Lead and facilitate Kaizen events to diagnose and improve end-to-end processes
- Execute high-impact projects that have the potential to generate significant financial impact, leveraging project management fundamentals such as defining project scope, setting objectives, creating project plans, and managing resources effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive organizational change
- Contribute to the overall success of the organization by optimizing business processes and delivering measurable results
- Strategize, develop and deploy yearly transformation plan for LoB assigned.
- Work with multiple stakeholders to understand the key problem areas and find application opportunities for Six Sigma and Lean implementation.
- Coach and mentor Green Belts/Black Belts on improvement initiatives, provide expertise in quantitative techniques, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Drive operational excellence by implementing business process mapping, reporting, and dashboarding of key metrics, with a focus on visual management.
- Present process and business findings to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner, effectively communicating the impact and potential benefits of proposed changes.
- Lead and conduct Gemba Walks to observe and understand processes firsthand, identifying areas for improvement and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collect and analyze data to diagnose process performance, identifying trends, patterns, and areas of inefficiency or waste.
What You Need To Have
Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 12 years experience overall with at least 5 to 7 years experience in Continuous Improvement/ Transformation.
- Strong knowledge and practical application of Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in leading and facilitating Kaizen events and process improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in process mapping, gap analysis, and problem-solving techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional global, teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions
- Executive presence that conveys composure and confidence in all situations
What Makes You Stand Out
- Six Sigma certification (Green Belt, Black Belt, or Master Black Belt)
- Knowledge of R, Python & AI
- Working exposure in HR platform like Darwin/ Workday
- PMP / any other relevant business certification
- Proficient in quantitative six sigma tools such as Minitab, SPSS etc.
- Change management experience, including the ability to influence and drive organizational change
- Knowledge of business process management (BPM) tools and software
